Host Chris Bainbridge is an award-winning writer and director with a love of new experiences and sharing his joy with others. He hosted his first travel show while attending Furman University. And he’s had a passion for bringing people together to join in the fun things in life since he was a young boy. His easy smile and good natured attitude make him a great travel companion as you explore the many adventures of The Ingles Open Road.

The car. We get a lot of questions about Chris’ car. It’s a 1966 Ford Mustang convertible. It’s “Signal Flare” red with black interior. It’s an automatic “straight 6”. And Chris’ daughter has named it, “Lightning”.
